Masahiro Ito
Masa launched his first company Yappa at just 17 years old. In 2014, Masa joined ZOZO Group through M&A and served as the CEO of ZOZO Technologies. Later, Masa was appointed as the Board member and COO of ZOZO, which is now well-known for his many innovative inventions, including 3D body measuring devices such as ZOZOSUIT and ZOZOMAT.

Hideyuki Onishi
After graduating in 1988 with a master’s degree from the Solar Energy Chemistry Research Center at Osaka University, Hideyuki held key roles in global marketing and business management at a multinational chemical company. He became Japan President of GE Energy in 2010, contributing to emergency power efforts after the 2011 earthquake. Starting in 2016, he led the launch of onshore wind power in Japan and offshore wind power from 2021. He become President of Ocean Power Grid in January 2025.

Later, he served as VP of Strategy and Director at a European global company. Naoki holds an MBA from the University of Bradford (PgDip) and is certified as a Second-Class Chief Electrical Engineer.

Shuji joined Yaskawa Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (now Yaskawa Electric Corp.) in 1982. He has held key roles since 2008, including Director and Head of the Corporate Planning Office, Director and Senior Executive Officer, and Head of the Corporate Planning Department. In 2016, he became Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer of the Corporate Planning Department, and in 2017, he was appointed Head of the Corporate Planning Division. Since 2020, he has also managed CSR and overall company management, serving as Representative Director and Senior Executive Officer, overseeing Corporate Planning, Management, and CSR. Currently serves as Senior Executive Officer, and Head of China Operations.

After earning his master's in engineering from the University of Tokyo in 2008, Yusuke worked at a major electrical manufacturer and a foreign consulting firm. In 2014, he joined a leading new power company as Head of Retail Electricity, growing the business to over 50 billion yen. Yusuke became independent in 2023, providing management support in the energy sector. He also serves as a representative director of the Renewable Energy Promotion New Power Association and as an academic specialist at the University of Tokyo.

Toshi led RareJob as its Director and CFO in 2012 and was appointed as the Executive VP in 2015. Prior to that, Toshi worked for KPMG, where he engaged in M&A and corporate reinvigoration. He also has experience taking an IT start-up public on TSE Mothers as its Director and CFO after working for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
